Dashboard#
The dashboard provides a high level overview of how Colectica Portal is used.
It is the first page shown when you open the administration area, and is located at /admin.
Quick Glance#
Four summary cards are displayed at the top of the dashboard.
- Users
The number of registered users
- Items
The number of items stored in the underlying Colectica Repository
- Item Revisions
The number of versions of all the items stored in the underlying Colectica Repository.
- Software Version
The version of Colectica Repository and Portal
Cloud Hosting#
For deployments hosted by Colectica, a Cloud Hosting card shows the hosting plan and its limits: the number of editor login accounts, database size, database transaction units, available CPU cores, and bandwidth per month. This card is not shown on self-hosted deployments.
Item Counts#
The Item Counts report shows how many of each type of item is stored in the underlying repository, sorted with the most common types first.
External Dashboard#
If the Admin:ExternalDashboardUrl setting is configured in appsettings.json,
an External Dashboard card provides a button that links to that URL.
This can be used to link to a log analysis dashboard.
