Colectica Questionnaires

Colectica Questionnaires is a desktop application for designing surveys. You compose questions, sections, routing logic, and dynamic text on a visual canvas, preview the survey as a respondent would see it, and export the result as a formatted specification, a paper form, or standards-based DDI metadata. Surveys are stored as structured, versioned metadata, so questions can be reused across studies and published to a Colectica Repository for collaboration.

This documentation covers both Colectica Questionnaires and Blaise Colectica Questionnaires. The two products share the same designer; the Blaise edition adds Blaise 5 source generation and a Data Lookup item type. Pages that describe a feature of the Blaise edition only are marked with a note.
