  1. In the Administration area of the Workflow Management portal, select Mail

  2. Fill in your mail server information

  3. Fill in the name and email address that email notifications should be sent from

  4. Click the Save button to save your changes

  5. In the Administration area of the Workflow Management portal, select General

  6. Fill in the Base URL, which determines the destinations for links in email notifications
