Compare Two Items#
The Compare With command shows the differences between two metadata items of the same type. For example, you can compare two studies or two versions of a questionnaire.
Navigate to the first item.
In the Explore tab of the ribbon, click Compare With.
Use the item chooser to select the other item to compare. The chooser offers items of the same type as the first item.
Colectica loads the items and their referenced contents at the versions being compared. You can follow the operation in the Progress pane.
Review the differences in the comparison dialog.
The comparison uses the selected versions, including their versioned references. It does not first update either item to the latest version. Canceling the item chooser stops the comparison.
