Install Colectica Questionnaires#

Install the Application#

Download the installer from the address provided with your license.
Run the installer and follow its steps.
Start Colectica Questionnaires from the Start menu.
When the application asks for activation, enter the registration information provided with your license.

Blaise Colectica Questionnaires installs the same way from its own installer.

Set Your Agency Identifier#

Every item you create is stamped with your organization’s DDI agency identifier. Set it once, before creating surveys.

Choose Tools, then Settings…, and select General.
Enter your organization’s identifier in Agency ID, for example org.meridian.nso.
Click Save.

If your organization does not have a DDI agency identifier yet, you can register one at the DDI Alliance agency registry.

Choose a Theme#

The application follows the operating system’s light or dark theme by default. Use the sun or moon button at the right end of the menu bar (Ctrl+Shift+D) to switch, or choose System, Light, or Dark as the Theme in the General section of Tools, then Settings….
