Add a Question or Other Survey Item

To add a question to the design surface, click the plus button in the lower right corner.

The Item Palette will appear.

Click the type of item you would like to add. The details editor for your new item will appear.

Add an item in a specific location

To add an item somewhere besides the bottom of the design surface, hover over an existing item’s card. On the right side of the card, click the plus button to add an item before or after.

The item palette will appear. After selecting the type of item you would like add, the item will be added to the appropriate location.
