Commenting

When using Colectica Questionnaires with Colectica Repository, users may add comments to surveys, questions, sequences, or any other type of survey item.

Add Comments

To add a comment,

• Open the item’s editor for the question or or other item you want to comment on.

• Click the Comments tab.

• Enter your comment and click the Add Comment button.

Note

Commenting is not available until a survey and its items are published to a repository.

View Comments

Items with comments show an indicator on the right side of the preview card in the design surface. Click the indicator, or open the item’s editor to view all comments.
