  1. The first step is to obtain your registration code for Colectica Questionnaires. You can purchase Colectica Questionnaires from http://www.colectica.com/software/questionnaires.

  2. After installing the Colectica Questionnaires, open the application.

  3. If your application is not already registered, you will be prompted to enter your activation code.
