Organize Variables into Groups

To organize variables into groups, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to a dataset description.

2. On the Details tab, make sure a Variable Group exists. Within that VariableGroup, create a hierarchy of groups.

3. On the Organize tab, the list on the left shows all variables that are not in a group. Select one or more Variables from this list. The second list shows the available groups. Select the group you would like to move the selected variables into. Click the arrow button to move the selected variables into the selected group.

4. Repeat this processuntil all variables are in the appropriate groups.
